Logging your meals’ macros
Mark a meal eaten and Mealuna logs its macros.

Mark it eaten, no typing
When you mark a planned meal as eaten, Mealuna logs its macros in your food diary for you — nothing to type. Marking it cooked updates your pantry, and a meal you mark eaten before cooking is marked cooked too.
A recipe you did not plan can be logged from its own screen with Mark as eaten. That card also asks where the food came from, so the pantry is never lowered twice — see Where did the food come from?
What gets logged
Macros are based on the recipe's ingredients and nutrition data. This works best when the recipe has complete nutrition details. It is a guide for planning, not a clinical measurement.
